Our Companies & Investment Strategies

Across all our platforms are two key pillars, the consumer and making a positive impact to the community and environment we operate within. Our platforms have their roots in understanding and interpreting consumers needs. From a real estate perspective we define consumers as either members of staff within a company or the a member of the public and we seek to implement a strategy that addresses their thoughts, aspirations and concerns. This boils down to creating cost effective, aspirational and experiential accommodation as seen across our three investment strategies.

1. THE CONSUMER: We are on the cusp of the 4th Industrial Revolution which makes seeking to retain the status quo a risky investment strategy. Inevitably structural shifts in consumer habits, working practices and overall consumer engagement make for a turbulent real estate market. This creates risks but also opportunities, we focus on consumer changes making us well placed to navigate turbulent real estate markets.
2. IMPACT INVESTMENTS: We don’t just seek to satisfy the consumer, we also aim to make a positive change towards communities and the environment in which we operate. From a practical perspective we invest heavily in energy efficiency thereby reducing our carbon footprint but we also seek to invest in those little things that bring real benefits to communities.
